At NaturalVitalVibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at naturalvitalvibes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NaturalVitalVibes will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
